How do I make a purchase? Visit our website, choose the product you want, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment at our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store? No. We sell exclusively online through our official store, Swiftly.
Do you ship to my country? Yes. We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination and logistics carrier. You will receive a tracking code via email once dispatched.
What are the payment methods? We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available on supported devices.
Can I pay with cash or upon delivery? At this time, no. All payments are processed online through our secure methods.
Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed. If you need to update details, contact us immediately at taciocheab.adv@gmail.com. Once dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.
Can I add more items to an existing order? For operational reasons, we cannot add items to orders already created. Please place a new order for additional products.
Where do the products come from? We work with logistics centers in various regions, including the USA, Europe, and Asia. We ship from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and availability.
I only received part of my order; is this normal? Yes. If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking codes.
What is the return policy? You have 7 days from delivery for returns due to change of mind and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact taciocheab.adv@gmail.com to start the process.
What if my delivery is delayed? Check your status using the tracking code. If it exceeds the 5 to 12 business day estimate, contact us, and we will follow up with the carrier.
